In a small cottage lived a little bunny named Snowball. He had parents, brothers, and sisters. One day, he started thinking:
I live here with my family, my brothers and sisters. But I don't have any friends!
Snowball thought about it and decided to go out to the yard to look for friends. Off he went, and soon he saw a big dog, Uncle Shaggy, chasing the neighbour's cat.
Suddenly, Snowball asked Uncle Shaggy:
Uncle Shaggy, will you be my friend?
Uncle Shaggy laughed and said:
Look for friends your own age and size, like my son Biscuit.
So Snowball continued on. He saw a kitten named Whiskers walking on the roof, and said to him:
Whiskers, shall we be friends?
Whiskers replied:
Yes! I've never had friends before. And your owner is so kind!
Should we find more friends?
asked Snowball.
Alright.
And they walked on together. They spotted a puppy named Biscuit—the very son of Uncle Shaggy.
They asked Biscuit:
Will you be our friend?
Of course! I love making friends!
Now three together, they decided to find more friends. But there was no one else in the yard.
It was getting dark, so they headed home. From that day on, they always played together and were the very best of friends.
