A hedgehog lived in the forest. On a fine, sunny day, the hedgehog set off for a walk and to gather some mushrooms.
He walks along. He listens to the birds chirping. He watches as they flit from tree to tree, from pine to pine.
The hedgehog asked the birds: "Please tell me, little birds, where is the clearing with mushrooms? I want to stock up for winter. You fly high. You can see far and know everything."
The birds chirped louder and flitted faster from tree to tree, from pine to pine.
The hedgehog didn't fall behind, he followed them. He hummed along. He got so caught up in it that he didn't notice when he came out into a clearing. And there... Mushrooms as far as the eye could see!
The hedgehog was delighted. He started gathering mushrooms and thanking the birds. The hedgehog would have plenty to eat in winter.
And you, my friend, do you like gathering mushrooms?
