Shmeleva Svetlana

My name is Svetlana. I am the cultural organizer of the "Semya" ("Family") center in Ryazan. Through creativity, the word, and love, I help special children discover the beauty of this world! I write poems about nature and about my homeland. I am a third-degree laureate of the international online quiz "He Is a Poet of His Native Land...," dedicated to the 125th anniversary of the birth of Sergei Yesenin (2020); I was awarded the Grand Prix diploma for taking part in the All-Russian Festival of Amateur Folk Art "Zadonsk Autumn" (2020) in the category "The Artistic Word (original poem)," and others. Beyond my creative achievements, my main achievement is my daughter. Thanks to her, I am trying my hand at fairy tales! For a long time I searched for a way to explain to a child — simply and without tears — things that seem so simple to us adults. And I found it! It is fairy-tale therapy. That is why my fairy tales are based on ordinary stories from the life of my daughter, who is also their heroine. And our family's surname (the Shmelevs) gave rise to the idea of creating fairy tales about the little bumblebee Zhuzhzhu.
