A hedgehog lived in the forest. On a fine, sunny day, the hedgehog set off for a walk and, at the same time, to gather some mushrooms.
He walks along. He listens to the birds chirping. He watches as they flit from tree to tree, from pine to pine.
The hedgehog asked the birds: "Please tell me, little birds, where is the clearing with mushrooms? I want to gather supplies for winter. You fly high. You can see far and you know everything."
The birds chirped louder and flitted more quickly from tree to tree, from pine to pine.
The hedgehog didn't lag behind; he followed them. He hummed along. He became so absorbed that he didn't notice when he came out into a clearing. And there... Mushrooms as far as the eye could see!
The hedgehog was delighted. He began to gather mushrooms and thank the birds. The hedgehog will have plenty to eat in winter.
And you, my friend, do you like gathering mushrooms?
