In a far, far away forest, on a sunny forest edge, there lived a family of rabbits: father rabbit, mother rabbit, and little rabbit children.
The eldest little rabbit was called Kolya, he was mischievous and playful, but always looked after his sisters, who were called Manya and Anya. Anya was brave and never feared either foxes or wolves. Often she and her brother Kolya would play in the clearing and tease the predators.
Then they would scurry off in different directions so quickly that the hunters would lose their trail. Manya, however, was modest and a bit timid. She also loved spending time with the older rabbits, but always stayed away from dangerous games.
All the little animals in the forest lived in harmony and always supported one another. But one day a virus crept into the forest and the animals began to fall ill. Then everyone became alarmed and frightened, and the eldest in the forest—the bear—tasked someone with figuring out how to deal with the virus. Until a solution was found, he banned all games in the clearings and meadows. The forest became quiet.
Father rabbit worked as a forest scientist researcher, and he quickly realised that a vaccine needed to be invented to defeat the virus so that everyone could play and have fun in nature again. He worked long on the formula, but finally presented the finished result at a forest gathering. All the animals were delighted and hurried to get vaccinated. The bear personally congratulated the rabbit on his invention.
A long queue formed for vaccination with all the forest residents. The hedgehogs stood behind the squirrels, and the squirrels behind the moose. Of course, the little rabbits came to be vaccinated too. Only one was missing from this queue—the little rabbit Manya. She was very afraid of injections and absolutely did not want to get vaccinated.
Manya's brother and sister quickly got their vaccination and went to play with their friends; mum and dad were also vaccinated, and they set an example for the other animals.
But Manya still would not get the injection. After all, it was so frightening!
